Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from the United States with USPS, FedEx or UPS.
- Standard (US): 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Express (US): 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Full details in the Shipping Policy.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Email aseem69501@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or we shipped the wrong product, we cover return shipping. Changed your mind? Return shipping is yours. Full details in the Refund Policy.
Damaged or missing parcels
Contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
